"Photography for me is not looking, it’s feeling. If you can’t feel what you’re looking at, then you’re never going to get others to feel anything when they look at your pictures."
(Don McCullin)
For me as a photographer, there is nothing more enchanting than strolling through the streets, my camera in hand, ready to capture the ephemeral moments of life. With each step, I immerse myself in the symphony of sights and sounds, attuned to the dance of light and shadow.
The early morning rays of sunlight pierce through the narrow alleyways, painting the cobblestones with a golden hue. I find myself drawn to the interplay of contrasting elements, seeking out the beauty in the ordinary. The vibrant street come alive, revealing a tapestry of colors and textures, a feast for the eyes and the lens.
With each click of the shutter, I freeze the time, I try to capture the essence of the moment.
The laughter of children playing in the park, the whispers of lovers sharing a stolen moment, and the contemplative expressions of strangers lost in their thoughts—all become fragments of a larger narrative, snippets of life's intricate tapestry.
I move through the labyrinthine streets, embracing the serendipity that photography offers. Sometimes, it's the unexpected encounters that yield the most remarkable images. A fleeting smile from a passerby, a silhouette framed against a vibrant mural, or the intermingling of light and shadow on a weathered facade - all beckon me to document their beauty.
“What i like about photographs is that they capture a moment that’s gone forever, impossible to reproduce.”
(Karl Lagerfeld)
"Though you may leave Paris, Paris never really leaves you.”
(Janice Macleod)
"When I use the camera, I often feel like I know part of the people or places I come in contact with."
(Christophe Agou)
Oslo, the Norwegian capital, is renowned not only for its breathtaking nature and historic architecture but also for its vibrant Pride Parade and the associated Pride movement.
Documenting these moments can be not only artistically satisfying but also contribute to spreading the message of acceptance and diversity that so profoundly defines the Pride movement.
As the day progresses, the sun descends, casting a warm, golden glow upon the city. The streets become adorned with the enchanting play of long shadows, painting an ever-changing canvas before my eyes. I seek out pockets of tranquility amidst the urban chaos, where solitude dances with the soft light, inviting introspection.
In these moments, I become one with my surroundings. The camera becomes an extension of myself, an instrument through which I can express my unique perspective. Through my lens, I capture not only the visual spectacle but also the intangible emotions that permeate the air—a stolen glance, a tender touch, a shared laughter.

With the passing of each day, my photographs become fragments of a personal diary, a testament to the beauty I've witnessed and the connections I've forged. They hold the power to transport others to these moments, allowing them to glimpse a world they may never have experienced.
Being a photographer is not merely about capturing images; it's about cherishing life's fleeting instants, embracing the interplay of light and shadow, and immortalizing the essence of human existence. It is a constant pursuit of beauty and an ever-present reminder to savor each passing moment, for in them lies the true artistry of life itself.
“There's a sunrise and a sunset every single day,
and they're absolutely free. Don't miss so many of them.”
(Jo Walton)
"When you look at a street full of people, you start watching people; when you look at an empty street without people, you start thinking!”
